Rippling HRIS Administrator
Location: Remote (U.S. based) | Hybrid in Louisville, CO if converted to full time
Hours: ~30 hours per week
Pay: $50-75/hr
Contract Length: Through end of year, with potential extension and/or full-time conversion
Overview
Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Rippling HRIS Administrator to provide immediate part-time contract support for a growing global organization during a key transitional period. The ideal candidate will be a true subject matter expert in Rippling, with proven experience building, maintaining, and optimizing complex HRIS workflows, integrations, and reporting.
This role will support the company’s People Operations function through upcoming cycles such as open enrollment and merit planning. For the right candidate, there is potential for full-time conversion into a broader People Operations position.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-house Rippling expert and HRIS administrator.
- Design, build, and maintain workflow automations, integrations, and reports within Rippling.
- Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations across a distributed workforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues while optimizing existing processes.
- Support HR data integrity, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to strengthen People Operations systems and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HRIS administration experience, including hands-on Rippling expertise (required).
- Proven success designing and managing complex automations, workflows, and reporting in Rippling.
- Strong understanding of payroll and benefits integrations in a multi-state or global environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
- Experience supporting a distributed or global employee base preferred.
