We are a recruiting firm located in Denver that focuses on administrative, human resources, customer service, tech support, healthcare, and accounting placements. We recruit for a variety of clientele to fill temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire placements.

Typical job types we see: Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, HR roles,  Receptionist, Clerical Roles, Data Entry, Coordinators, Customer Service Specialists, Payroll, AP/AR, Staff Accountants, and many more. Pay ranges greatly vary depending on the type of job offered, but can start at $22/hr.

Types of positions we place:

1. Contract:  These positions typically have a definite start and end date. Roles such maternity coverage, small projects, or maybe just some extra help during a busy time of year. 

2. Contract-to-hire: These roles typically start as 4 month contracts with the plan to be hired on with the company full time at the end. We do consider these to be stable, long-term roles and we do like to stress that when a company is hiring for this, they have interviewed multiple people and chosen you for the role. 

3. Direct hire: we would facilitate the process, but if selected for the role, the company would hire you on directly.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of office experience; work study and internship experience qualifies

  • Must be available to work typical office hours M-F, 8am-5pm

  • Tech savvy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Great phone presence and professional demeanor

  • Currently located in the Denver area
