Lakeshore Talent is in search of a compassionate and motivated In-Home Services CNA to join our client’s care team in Loveland, CO.

Position Details
Role: In-Home Services Certified Nursing Assistant
Pay Range: $23.00 – $27.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm
Location: Loveland, CO
Travel: Approximately 75% local travel to participants’ homes within a 30–40 mile radius (mileage reimbursed)

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing high-quality support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

Monitoring and documenting participant health, including vital signs, weight, appetite, and changes in overall condition

Assisting with restorative and supportive care: mobility assistance, transfers, positioning, skin care, catheter support, and oxygen fills

Encouraging participant independence while offering compassionate and respectful assistance

Reporting changes, concerns, incidents, or unusual findings promptly to clinical leadership

Participating in care planning alongside the interdisciplinary care team

Completing required documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Supporting household tasks related to participant health needs

Attending all required in-services, trainings, and continuing education (minimum 12 hours/year)

Ensuring each participant receives safe, dignified, and person-centered care
What We’re Looking For
Required:
-
Active state-issued CNA license
-
Current First Aid and BLS certifications (AHA or Red Cross)
-
1+ year of hands-on experience with in-home or elderly/frail populations
-
Reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
-
High School Diploma / GED or relevant experience in lieu of education
