Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Englewood, CO (Hybrid – Corporate Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
• Monday & Friday: Remote
Contract Length: 6–8 weeks
Pay Rate: $20.00–$23.00/hour
Employment Type: Contract


Position Overview

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a Colorado-based organization to identify a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide short-term support during a departmental reorganization and peak hiring period. This contract role will directly support a small, collaborative Talent Acquisition team and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to quickly ramp up in a fast-paced recruiting environment. This role focuses heavily on interview coordination, requisition management, candidate communication, and ATS administration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team, including recruiters and leadership

  • Assist with recruiting-related requests and tickets submitted through Freshdesk

  • Open new requisitions and perform manual edits as needed

  • Customize and post job advertisements on Indeed, including management of sponsored ads

  • Schedule and coordinate follow-up interviews for corporate and leadership-level roles

  • Manage onboarding task lists for new hires at the Team Lead level and above

  • Draft offer letters, initiate background checks, and manage requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System

  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data across recruiting systems

  • Support additional recruiting projects as needed, particularly during peak hiring volume


Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or administrative support role

  • Experience working in ADP or a similar Applicant Tracking System

  • Familiarity with task or project management tools such as Asana

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Proven ability to quickly learn systems and follow established processes in a short-term assignment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-volume or multi-location hiring efforts

  • Prior temporary or contract recruiting support experience
