Lakeshore Talent is in search of an In-Home Services CNA for a contract opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role focuses on providing high-quality, hands-on care to participants in their homes and requires significant local travel.

Contract Length: 3 months to start with possible extension and/or conversion
- Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday 7:00 am – 5:30
- Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Summary
The In-Home Services CNA is responsible for providing routine personal care and assisting clients with activities of daily living, restorative care, and supportive services in their place of residence. This position requires in-home visits and close collaboration with clinical and interdisciplinary teams to ensure participant safety, comfort, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
- Follow individualized plans of care and document services provided in accordance with policies and regulations
- Monitor and report changes in participants’ condition, including vital signs, weight, appetite, skin condition, and functional ability
- Assist with restorative and supportive care such as ambulation, positioning, transfers, oxygen support, catheter care, and skin care
- Observe and report any variances, accidents, or unusual occurrences promptly
- Participate in care planning with interdisciplinary teams
- Perform basic procedures as delegated by nursing or therapy staff
- Provide essential household services related to in-home care
- Complete visit records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Attend all required in-service training, continuing education, and mandatory programs (minimum of 12 hours per year)
- Participate in quality management activities as requested
- Accept only assignments for which appropriate training has been received
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Colorado CNA license
- CPR, BLS, and First Aid certifications (must be through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; in-person only)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations
- High School Diploma or GED (or relevant work experience in lieu of education)
- Reliable personal transportation
- Valid state-issued driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance as required by law
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

Certifications
- CNA Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification (AHA or ARC, in-person)
- First Aid Certification (AHA or ARC, in-person)
Medical & Compliance
- Physical exam within 30 days
- Medical Clearance “Free and Clear” form completed by a physician
- TB test (negative, within the last year)
- Flu vaccination (October–April) or signed flu declination (mask required)
- Proof of auto insurance and driver’s license
