Position Overview

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Henderson, CO 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Contract Length: 120 days with potential for permanent conversion

Starting pay: $22/hour

  • Opportunity for pay increase after 120-day review based on performance and skills

  • Quarterly attendance-based bonus program up to $500 (shop floor roles)

Warehouse Associate – Role Summary:

Warehouse Associate role is responsible for receiving raw materials, unloading trucks, and properly storing materials. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload trucks and store materials correctly

  • Identify raw materials (rod vs pipe, solid vs hollow)

  • Use tape measurer accurately

  • Operate sit-down forklift (preferred) and crane (training provided)

  • Work indoors and outdoors in all weather

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment

Knowledge & Skills

  • Reliable transportation and attendance

  • Sense of urgency and punctuality

  • Forklift experience required

  • Experience identifying materials

  • Ability to correctly read tape measurer 

  • Willingness to learn materials and warehouse layout

Pre-Employment Requirements

  • Any experience on an ERP System (SYSPRO)

  • Computer skills

  • Basic Math Skills

Work Environment:

  • Combination of indoor and outdoor work

  • Large property requiring walking and material handling

  • Team-oriented, fast-paced setting
