Paid Social Media Manager
Contract | 6 Months (Potential to Convert)
Hybrid, 2 days remote per week | Englewood, CO
Pay Rate: $65–$75/hour
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a growing, mission-driven organization in the health and wellness space to identify a Paid Social Media Manager for a contract opportunity with strong potential to convert.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role for a paid social expert who thrives in direct-response environments and understands how paid social drives real business outcomes—not just clicks or engagement. You’ll own paid social as a core acquisition channel, managing campaigns end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
What You’ll Do
Paid Social Ownership & Acquisition Strategy
- Own end-to-end paid social execution across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat
- Develop and manage full-funnel acquisition strategies focused on prospecting, lead generation, and conversion
- Actively manage budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, placements, and formats
- Optimize campaigns with a strong understanding of geo-targeting, local market dynamics, and regional performance
- Monitor and optimize toward KPIs including CPA, CAC, lead volume, conversion rate, LTV, and incrementality
Experimentation & A/B Testing
- Build and execute a structured A/B testing roadmap to improve acquisition efficiency
- Test creative hooks, messaging, offers, formats, audiences, targeting strategies, and geo-based approaches
- Analyze results and rapidly scale learnings across platforms
- Ensure tests are implemented accurately and consistently
Creative Optimization (Direct-Response Focus)
- Partner with creative teams to develop conversion-driven paid social creative
- Translate performance insights into clear creative direction
- Own creative trafficking, naming conventions, rotation, and in-platform execution
- Ensure creative aligns with brand standards while driving measurable results
Measurement, Attribution & Reporting
- Leverage platform data and multi-touch attribution tools to evaluate performance
- Interpret attribution outputs to identify incremental impact
- Build clear, concise performance reporting focused on insights and next actions
- Use data to continuously refine strategy, testing, and budget decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, CRM/Lifecycle, Growth, and Digital teams
- Share learnings that improve acquisition performance across channels
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience with a strong acquisition or direct-response focus
- Direct, in-platform experience managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Proven experience executing A/B tests directly within ad platforms
- Experience marketing for location-based, multi-unit, or service-driven businesses (fitness, healthcare, retail, etc.)
- Strong understanding of geo-targeting and local market optimization
- Experience using multi-touch attribution platforms to guide optimization and budget decisions
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution, including daily campaign management and QA
