Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Day Center role in Loveland, Colorado. This is a contract opportunity with long-term potential.
Job Summary
The Day Center CNA works in an adult day health setting, assisting participants with activities of daily living (ADLs) and providing restorative and supportive care. This role supports participants in a group-based environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Location: Loveland, CO
Contract Length: 3 months to start (with potential for extension)
Pay Rate: $19.76–$22.74 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Software: EPIC
Key Responsibilities

Follow individualized care plans and assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hair and oral care, eating, and toileting.

Provide restorative and supportive care including ambulation, positioning, transferring, skin care, catheter care, and oxygen support as needed.

Monitor and document vital signs, weights, skin condition, appetite, and changes in functional ability; report concerns promptly to the clinical supervisor.

Accurately document care provided in accordance with policies, guidelines, and regulations.

Assist participants during meals and with feeding as necessary.

Report any incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences to appropriate personnel.

Assist with loading and unloading participants from vehicles and support transportation needs, including serving as a bus attendant when required.

Support group and one-on-one activities per the daily activity calendar when needed.

May rotate into In-Home Services as a Home Care CNA as determined by the Center Manager.

Attend required in-services and continuing education programs.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
-
Current, valid state-issued Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
-
CPR, BLS, and First Aid certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross; in-person only)

Minimum of one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations

High School Diploma or GED (or relevant work experience in lieu of education)
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in a group care setting serving frail or elderly participants

Bilingual skills
Onboarding Requirements
Certifications:

CNA Certification
-
CPR/BLS and First Aid (AHA or Red Cross; in-person)
Medical & Compliance:
-
Physical exam within 30 days
-
Medical Clearance (“Free and Clear”) completed by a physician

TB test (negative within 1 year)
-
Flu vaccination (October–April) or flu declination with masking requirement
