What You'll Need:
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with systems like Syspro
- Strong math and accounting skills
- High reliability and excellent attendance
- Ability to work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions
- Sense of urgency, punctuality, and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with inventory management or warehouse operations
- Previous experience working outdoors or in a production setting
- Familiarity with safety gear and PPE requirements
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus, but not required
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to walk and handle materials across a large property
- Steel-toed boots are initially needed; company offers a $125 reimbursement after one year
- Safety gear provided, including gloves, glasses, earplugs, and cold-weather apparel
- Dress code: jeans or work pants preferred, no shorts, T-shirts allowed
