Position Overview
The Merchandise Tagger & Processor plays an important role in ensuring merchandise is accurately tagged, processed, and quality-checked. This position supports daily operational workflows, inventory accuracy, and quality control standards within a secure and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately tag merchandise to ensure all items meet established quality standards
- Perform inventory checks and update data entries related to pricing, color, clarity, and certifications
- Support lab operations with quality control, merchandise dispatch, and daily processing tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals
- Cross-train in various functions within the processing department to expand skill sets and responsibilities

- Dependable with strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Eager to learn and grow within the organization
- Strong computer skills and basic math proficiency
- Excellent vision and hand dexterity for handling small, detailed items
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods in a focused work environment
- Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Previous customer service, data entry, or related experience
- Experience handling jewelry, gemstones, or other small, detailed merchandise
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in data entry, quality assurance, or jewelry processing is a plus, but not required—training will be provided
