Parts Counter Sales Representative – Henderson, CO (Onsite)

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct trailer parts, tires, and components
- Process sales orders, invoices, and credits with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide pricing, availability, and product information to customers and internal teams
- Coordinate tire service requests and generate work orders
- Recommend additional or preventative maintenance parts to maximize customer value
- Pull parts from inventory and source non-stock items from vendors
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach
- Support service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in parts sales (trailer, heavy-duty truck, or tire industry preferred)
- Background in agricultural, transportation, or mechanical environments
- Familiarity with ERP or point-of-sale systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Role Details
- Location: Henderson, CO (100% onsite)
- Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours (40+ hours/week as needed)
- Employment Type: Contract-to-hire with long-term potential
- Environment: Primarily indoor with occasional warehouse interaction
