We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s invoice processing, vendor relations, and payment accuracy. The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with flexible contract and direct-to-hire options available.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, Bachelors Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a company with $100M+ revenue
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Concur or similar ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and process improvements
- Experience in healthcare or multi-site organizations
- Familiarity with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Experience with audit preparations and documentation
- Additional certifications in accounting or finance are a plus
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Proven track record managing accounts payable in a large-scale enterprise environment
