Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Regional Sales Director to lead and grow a high-performing Healthcare organization across the Philadelphia region. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive base salary, commission potential, and a strong benefits package starting on day one.


Position Details

  • Location: Philadelphia, PA
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday
  • Travel: Approximately 50% (including 10–20% overnight travel); increased on-site presence (up to 80–100%) during startup phases

Compensation

  • Salary: $136,400 – $177,400 
  • Commission: Additional earning potential based on performance

Position Overview

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for meeting and exceeding enrollment and growth goals within an assigned region. This role leads the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives across both B2B (referral partners) and B2C (direct-to-consumer) channels, while managing and developing a regional sales team.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy, Planning & Reporting (40%)

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive enrollment growth
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal cross-functional teams (operations, clinical, finance, compliance)
  • Identify and expand high-value referral channels and strategic partnerships
  • Create and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor territory performance and optimize coverage across markets
  • Track and forecast sales performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs
  • Build brand presence in emerging or underserved markets

Sales Leadership & Team Development (60%)

  • Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site regional sales team
  • Manage performance, including coaching underperformers and scaling top performers
  • Partner with team members to develop actionable sales plans and achieve enrollment targets
  • Administer sales incentive and bonus programs
  • Reinforce training initiatives and best practices to drive productivity
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting on sales activity and pipeline
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in healthcare sales strategy development and execution across B2B and B2C channels
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding enrollment, revenue, or market growth targets
  • Strong leadership experience managing regional or multi-site sales teams
  • Experience developing referral networks, partnerships, and pipeline forecasting
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Playmaker)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 11+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years leading sales teams and delivering measurable results
  • Experience supervising staff across multiple locations
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work under deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or related master’s degree
  • Experience in aging or long-term care services
  • 3+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, or commercial health plan sales
  • Experience managing multiple sites with a census of 500+
