Senior Executive Technology Support Specialist (Contract)
Location: Denver Tech Center – 100% Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Duration: 6–12 Month Contract
Pay: $50–$70/hour


About the Opportunity
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a leading organization in Denver to hire a Senior Executive Technology Support Specialist to provide high-touch, white-glove support to executive leadership. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with C-suite leaders, ensuring a seamless, frictionless technology experience in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

This is not a traditional helpdesk role—we’re seeking a polished, proactive professional who thrives in executive-facing environments and can operate with discretion, urgency, and confidence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver white-glove, onsite technical support to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members and senior executives
  • Serve as a trusted technology partner to Executive Assistants (EAs) and leadership teams
  • Support Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) across Windows and Apple devices
  • Manage and support high-profile meetings, including Teams and hybrid executive sessions
  • Proactively monitor and maintain executive technology environments to prevent disruptions
  • Own and resolve technical issues end-to-end, coordinating with internal IT teams and vendors as needed
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, executive-friendly communication
  • Support executive onboarding, transitions, and device setup
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience providing direct, senior-level support to C-suite executives (required)
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows, Apple devices, and collaboration tools
  • Experience supporting AV/meeting room technologies and hybrid meeting environments
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt to executive audiences
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong executive presence
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure, high-visibility situations
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly dependable

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a helpdesk or entry-level support position
  • Not remote or hybrid—this role is fully onsite in Denver
  • Not a traditional IT operations role
