Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Healthcare Sales Representative for a direct-hire opportunity in Pueblo, Colorado. This field-based sales role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on building referral networks, developing community partnerships, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults.

Location: Pueblo, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
Bonus Potential: Up to approximately $6,300 per month based on enrollment performance

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Healthcare Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships throughout the Pueblo market. This position focuses on generating qualified referrals through strategic outreach efforts, education, networking, and relationship-building with healthcare and community partners.

Success in this role requires a proactive, consultative sales approach, strong territory management skills, and the ability to build trust within the community over time.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Referral Generation

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve enrollment and referral goals

  • Build and maintain relationships with:

    • Case Managers

    • Discharge Planners

    • Social Workers

    • Physicians

    • Skilled Nursing Facilities

    • Hospitals

    • Home Health Agencies

    • Community Organizations

  • Prospect and develop new referral sources through networking, presentations, cold outreach, and community engagement

  • Maintain and grow a book of business within assigned zip code territories

  • Generate qualified referrals and coordinate handoff to enrollment teams

  • Conduct educational presentations for healthcare professionals and community organizations

  • Track sales activities, referrals, and outcomes within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Territory Management

  • Manage an assigned territory while expanding opportunities through self-generated referrals

  • Maintain consistent contact with referral partners

  • Develop strategic plans to increase referral volume and community awareness

  • Monitor pipeline activity and provide regular performance reporting

Performance Expectations

  • Build and maintain a consistent referral pipeline

  • Achieve monthly enrollment and referral goals

  • Conduct regular prospecting and outreach activities

  • Maintain strong referral source engagement

  • Demonstrate consistent growth within assigned territory

  • Balance relationship-building with measurable business results

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of healthcare sales, outside sales, business development, or related quota-carrying experience

  • Proven success building referral networks and professional partnerships

  • Experience prospecting, territory management, and relationship-driven sales

  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills

  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce

  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in:

    • Senior Care

    • Home Health

    • Hospice

    • Post-Acute Care

    • Managed Care

    • Healthcare Services

  • Bilingual Spanish (highly preferred)

  • Existing referral network or book of business

  • Experience working with Medicaid populations, seniors, or underserved communities

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Equivalent sales experience and demonstrated success may be considered in lieu of a degree
