Enrollment Specialist (Sales)

Lakeshore Talent is in search of an experienced and relationship-driven Enrollment Specialist (Sales) for a direct-hire opportunity in Loveland, Colorado. This role is ideal for a healthcare sales professional who enjoys building community partnerships, guiding individuals through enrollment processes, and helping seniors access valuable healthcare services. The Enrollment Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective participants, referral sources, and caregivers throughout the enrollment journey while working toward monthly enrollment goals.
Location: Loveland, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $57,784 – $69,900 annually (Exempt)
Additional Compensation: Commission opportunities available
Travel: Local travel required; must possess reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
What You’ll Do
Enrollment & Participant Outreach

Receive and manage qualified referrals from internal and external sources.

Conduct intake appointments and gather participant information through a CRM platform.

Educate prospective participants, family members, and caregivers about available healthcare services and benefits.

Build trust-based relationships with referral sources including hospitals, healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community organizations.

Schedule tours, center visits, home visits, and informational meetings.

Utilize consultative sales techniques to advance prospects through the enrollment process.

Identify additional referral opportunities through existing relationships and community outreach.
Enrollment Process Management

Maintain accurate and timely updates within the CRM system.

Serve as the primary contact throughout the enrollment and onboarding process.

Coordinate collection of required documentation and application materials.

Monitor participant progress and ensure all enrollment requirements are completed efficiently.

Present prospective participant cases to internal enrollment teams and advocate on their behalf.

Collaborate with eligibility, financial determination, and third-party partners to facilitate access to healthcare benefits and enrollment eligibility.

Apply strong closing skills to successfully convert qualified prospects into enrolled participants.

Conduct home and community visits as needed throughout the enrollment process.
Post-Enrollment Support

Coordinate smooth transitions for newly enrolled participants.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, operations, customer service, accounting, and marketing departments.

Support community awareness initiatives and relationship-building efforts.

Provide case handoffs and ongoing participant support as appropriate.
Qualifications
Required Experience
-
2+ years of successful healthcare-focused sales, admissions, intake, enrollment, or business development experience.

Experience working in both:
-
B2B environments (hospitals, healthcare providers, senior living communities, referral networks, etc.)

B2C environments (patients, families, caregivers, consumers)

Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve enrollment or admissions goals.

Experience within healthcare, insurance, managed care, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, veterans’ healthcare benefits, or a related industry.

Proficiency using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, Playmaker, or similar systems.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field preferred.

Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
