Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Healthcare Recruiter – High-Volume Staffing 

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a healthcare organization to identify an experienced Healthcare Recruiter for a fully remote contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a proven track record of sourcing and placing healthcare talent. 

 

Schedule & Details

  • Fully Remote (Equipment Provided)
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Contract Opportunity
  • Target Start Date: Within the Next 2–3 Weeks
  • Pay Range: $35–$45/hour, with potential up to $47/hour based on experience

As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will manage approximately 20 open requisitions while partnering with multiple hiring managers to recruit top talent across a variety of healthcare positions. This role requires strong full-cycle recruiting experience, exceptional organization, and the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume healthcare positions

  • Support approximately 20 active requisitions simultaneously

  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities

  • Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical healthcare roles

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding

  • Meet recruiting goals and hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of direct sourcing and recruiting experience, including both exempt and non-exempt positions

  • Proven success managing full-cycle healthcare recruitment

  • Experience handling approximately 20 requisitions concurrently

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and scheduling skills

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

  • Healthcare recruiting experience focused on roles such as:

    • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

    • Nurses

    • Receptionists

    • Care Coordinators and similar healthcare support positions

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Agency recruiting experience

  • Experience recruiting for transportation-related positions

  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing trends and compliance requirements

  • Previous success in high-volume recruiting environments
