Corporate Recruiter
Location: Downtown Denver, CO (100% Onsite)
Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing organization in the manufacturing industry to hire an experienced Corporate Recruiter for a 3-month contract assignment. This position will support a growing business by managing full-cycle recruiting efforts across a wide variety of corporate functions including engineering, finance, sales, IT, operations, and other professional roles.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions ranging from analyst-level individual contributors to director-level leadership roles

Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies

Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting channels

Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidate qualifications

Coordinate and manage the interview process from initial screening through offer stage

Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders throughout the hiring process

Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
-
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Experience recruiting within a corporate environment

Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously

Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills

Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications

Recruiting agency experience

Experience recruiting for engineering, operations, manufacturing, or technical roles

Experience supporting hiring across multiple business functions
Schedule and Location
This position is based in the company’s downtown Denver headquarters and requires full-time onsite attendance. Employees are expected to be available during core business hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility on start and end times. A parking stipend of up to $150 per month is available.
