Title: Payroll Manager
Location: Denver, CO (On-site)
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

What You’ll Do As Payroll Manager:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for around 2,000 employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Supervise and support payroll team members.
  • Review payroll edits, timesheets, and payroll requests.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal policies and procedures.
  • Oversee payroll tax reporting and filings.
  • Prepare certified payroll and labor reports.
  • Handle garnishments, including child support and tax levies.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team and serve as the primary liaison for payroll-related matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wage and hour laws.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls and system enhancements.
  • Support system upgrades and integrations for the payroll platform. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant payroll experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex payroll systems and large employee populations.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and prioritize tasks
