Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Merchandise Processor position for one of their clients in the jewelry & retail industry. This will be an in-office, contract to hire position and will be located in the Centennial, CO area.
HOURS: Monday-Friday; flex schedule between 6:30a- 5:00pm
PAY RATE: $20.50/hr
JOB OVERVIEW: The Merchandise Processor is responsible for accurately and concisely receiving merchandise from outside manufacturers; carding and tagging this merchandise and distributing it to the stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monthly inventory counting and checking of assigned merchandise
- Receive merchandise from outside manufacturers and stores including all documentation of same
- Serializing and tagging of product
- Shipping to stores and vendors both domestically and internationally
- Quality checking product, ensuring records are accurate
- Entering invoices into the system for payment
- Filing and recording of documents
- Special projects as needed
- Data entry
- Pulling of finished goods stock
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Intermediate skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Dependable, strong attention to detail, eager to learn, ability to work in groups and individually, and career-oriented
- Extremely detailed; self directed, can handle continual constructive criticism due to Quality Control process, and data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Possess excellent manual dexterity with small items
- Demonstrated ability with math: adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
- Experience with SAP preferred
