Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a reputable Energy company out of downtown Denver in their search for a Front Desk Receptionist. This individual must be an organized and welcoming professional to support daily office operations and provide front-desk coverage. This role is essential for maintaining smooth workflows, assisting visitors and staff, and keeping office spaces running efficiently. 

Schedule: 8am – 5pm Monday–Friday (with alternating Fridays off)
Pay: $21 – 27/hr 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including packages.
  • Welcome and assist guests and provide information as needed.
  • Answer and route phone calls.
  • Support meeting and training room setup and breakdown, including occasional quick-turn requests.
  • Maintain and organize supplies and ensure shared spaces remain clean and orderly.
  • Provide event support (food orders, setup, and cleanup).
  • Help coordinate facilities, parking, and general office needs.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports.
  • Participate in emergency response and building safety procedures.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and contribute to process improvements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (or similar tools).
  • Comfortable learning new software and office systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests with attention to detail and a focus on efficiency.
  • Awareness of office safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
