Commercial Collector

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a Biotech company in Boulder to fill a part- time administrative assistant/data entry specialist position supporting their legal department. This will be starting as a 2 month contract, with potential to extend, paying $20-$25/hr. Hours will be flexible, working 15-20 hours a week within normal office hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting business/departmental administrative functions using MS Office, and especially excel
  • Will perform data entry and organize legal files
  • Run reports and identifying and correcting errors within reports
  • Converting PDF and Word Documents
  • In addition to MS Suite, will use Salesforce and Dynamics 365

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of prior administrative support within an office setting
  • Comfortable on MS Suite, especially Excel, can be trained on Salesforce and Dynamics
