We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team of an oil and gas organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Input data into EHS management systems and databases accurately; work within Excel spreadsheets to organize data
  • Ensure that records are up-to-date and accessible to authorized personnel
  • Compile, generate, and submit reports for analysis and regulatory compliance purposes
  • Organize and maintain records, ensuring proper documentation of EHS activities and compliance with regulations


  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a clerical capacity
  • Basic understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations and practices is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong data entry skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Location: Windsor, CO
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week (potential to work 8 hours each weekday OR 9 hours Monday through Thursday and 4 hours on Friday)
Remote Flexibility: Option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays
Hourly Pay Rate: $23-$28
