Title: Benefits Manager
Location: Denver, Colorado (On-Site)
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
Position Type: Full Time (40 hrs/wk)
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a well-established and growing organization in Denver, CO, to hire a Benefits Manager. This position is responsible for managing a comprehensive suite of employee benefit programs, including healthcare, retirement, wellness, and compliance.

What You’ll Do as Benefits Manager:
- Manage and optimize all employee benefit programs and vendor/carrier relationships
- Oversee the open enrollment process and ensure timely, accurate communication
- Lead the creation of employee benefit statements and communications
- Research and interpret benefit laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Support the development and documentation of HR and benefits policies
- Conduct employee information sessions and provide direct support on benefit-related matters
- Compile reports and analyze benefit plan performance and costs
- Support process automation and continuous improvement in benefits administration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external brokers to evaluate and implement strategic benefits initiatives
- Assist with EPICOR training and implementation for benefits processes and systems
- Support the benefits strategy by reviewing, assessing plan costs, updating design, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and skills
- 7+ years of experience in benefits management
- Strong understanding of benefits compliance, strategy, and communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
