Lakeshore Talent is partnered with a well-known and reputable healthcare facility in their search for a Financial Advisor. This professional serves in a mid-level consultative capacity, offering fiscal guidance and metrics analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives for a large-scale health-focused organization.
Contract Length: 3 months, with high potential for extension or hire
Pay: $ 40 – 42/hour, depending on experience
Location: Hybrid, with in person requirements in Denver
PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES:
- Provide evaluative support for budgeting, cost containment, and operational productivity assessments.
- Conduct comparative workforce efficiency reviews, especially for inpatient and outpatient services, aimed at identifying realignment opportunities.
- Engage with department leads to explain study outcomes and recommend practical adjustments for labor management.
- Oversee input collection and validation for key operational data streams.
- Produce digestible insights and summaries through custom dashboards and structured reports.
- Track performance trends and variances in personnel output metrics, flagging deviations and suggesting refinements.
- Offer presentation support when proposing workforce or budget realignments based on analytical findings.
- Continuously assess budget performance against operational expenditures and develop corrective action guidance where needed.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing via internal presentations or written documentation to leadership or peers.
- Act as a conduit between operational units and internal service hubs for financial and performance services.
- Participate in learning opportunities and maintain a knowledge base of industry-standard practices.
- Deliver training sessions to internal personnel on relevant financial systems or analytic approaches.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Capable of managing evolving responsibilities and changing priorities.
- Skilled in interpersonal communication and able to work across multiple teams.
- Adept at building reports using both general ledger and custom data sources.
- Comfortable explaining technical or financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with a problem-solving orientation.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Undergraduate degree required (preferably in a business, finance, or analytics-related field).
- Experience: Minimum three years in a role involving financial research, operational analysis, or similar functions
