Learning & Content Designer (Contract – LMS Migration)

Pay: $60/hour

Location: Remote (Laptop provided)

Duration: June – September (Approx. 4 months)

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a mission-driven organization to hire a Learning & Content Designer for a short-term contract role supporting a learning management system (LMS) migration. This individual will take the lead on migrating and rebuilding digital learning content from 360Learning into Workday Learning with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Rebuild ~45 learning modules in Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) as Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) -compliant packages
• Convert ~50 lower-priority assets into PDF or Google Docs format
• Import ~50 existing SCORM files into Workday Learning
• Create 2 Articulate templates for future course development
• Ensure content functionality across platforms and devices through testing and troubleshooting
• Document Workday Learning best practices and provide a final project summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing SCORM-compliant eLearning content
• Strong background in LMS migrations; Workday Learning experience preferred
• Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
• Self-starter with strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
