Lakeshore Talent is partnered with a reputable Non-Profit in Colorado Springs in their search for a Children’s Waiver Support Coordinator Supervisor. This individual is responsible for managing a team of care coordinators (on average 15 individuals) who support families and children with long-term service needs. The position involves overseeing quality assurance, staff development, and service delivery to ensure compliance with program requirements and standards. The supervisor also serves as a liaison between team members, community partners, and leadership.
Position Title: Supervisor – Family Support Coordination
Compensation Range: $61,995 – $64,553

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent, high-quality support to internal teams and community partners through effective communication and service coordination.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies, providing training and guidance to direct reports.
- Review service plans for regulatory compliance and coach staff to meet quality benchmarks.
- Address performance issues through mentoring and structured improvement plans.
- Organize and lead team meetings, staff check-ins, and training sessions to promote cohesion and continued learning.
- Participate in hiring efforts and support onboarding and mentorship for new hires.
- Act as a role model of ethical behavior, cultural awareness, and inclusive practices.
- Build a working knowledge of conflict resolution, local support resources, and project planning.
- Collaborate with program leadership to assess department needs and manage risks proactively.
- Offer coverage and assistance across other teams and functions as needed.

Education and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- At least two years in case management or related service coordination..
Preferred:
- Experience leading teams, resolving conflict, and managing compliance-driven programs.
- Knowledge of long-term care programs, Medicaid waivers, and person-centered planning.
