Lakeshore Talent is partnered with a reputable Non-Profit Organization out of Colorado Springs in their search for a Service Coordinator Supervisor. This individual will oversee a team of Service Coordinators focused on providing long-term community-based supports for adults. This role involves coaching, training, and supervising team members (a team of up to 15) while ensuring that services provided are consistent, person-focused, and compliant with applicable guidelines. The Supervisor promotes a collaborative and inclusive culture, resolves issues, and supports the ongoing professional growth of team members.
Position Details:
Location: Hybrid, with in person requirements in Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $61,000 – $64,500, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Promote positive and respectful communication among team members and with external contacts daily.

Understand and apply current care coordination policies and guidelines to train and advise staff.

Regularly review staff documentation and service plans to ensure expectations are met.

Provide constructive feedback and offer additional learning opportunities when needed.

Lead the development of improvement plans for employees with performance challenges.

Host team meetings and staff development sessions in person or using remote tools.

Conduct monthly individual meetings with direct reports to support professional growth and address concerns.

Participate in the recruitment process by reviewing applicants, conducting screenings, or interviewing.

Mentor senior team members in building their leadership and training abilities.

Demonstrate integrity and consistency while promoting the organization’s values and culture.

Use effective conflict resolution skills to address team or client-related challenges.

Build awareness of available community and internal resources that benefit those served.

Stay visible and accessible to the team throughout the workweek for real-time support.

Attend leadership and cross-team meetings to stay informed and aligned on priorities.

Provide administrative support and assist with documentation tasks when assigned.

Maintain valid transportation and coverage for job-related travel as needed.
Qualifications:
Required Background:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health, social sciences, or related field. A combination of relevant education and professional experience may be considered for candidates without a degree.
Preferred Background:
-
At least two years of work in service coordination, case management, or a related setting.

Experience leading a team, supporting employee development, and managing workflow.

Working knowledge of assistance programs for individuals with disabilities or complex needs.

Familiarity with relevant service guidelines and community networks.
Skills and Tools:

Skilled in using computers, smartphones, virtual meeting platforms, and cloud-based systems.

Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
