Service Administrator – Aurora, CO (Onsite near DIA)
Pay: $25–26/hour | Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time, 100% Onsite

Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Service Administrator to support a dynamic and fast-paced service department in Aurora, CO, near DIA. About the Role

This is not your average admin position. We’re looking for someone who can handle a high volume of service calls, and who excels at scheduling, billing, data entry, and customer service. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in scheduling, service coordination, or billing.

The Service Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for the service team by managing work orders, assisting with billing and contract management, and maintaining communication with both internal teams and external customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and/or assist with scheduling service work 

  • Complete daily billing for completed service calls

  • Create and manage service work orders; follow up on prior-day calls to ensure completeness

  • Maintain and update open work order spreadsheets

  • Manage a high volume of emails and provide timely responses

  • Track materials used during service calls and update third-party systems

  • Enter data for service contracts and new monitoring agreements

  • Generate monthly invoices and inspection work orders

  • Assist with AR dispute resolution and monitoring process administration

  • Attend service meetings and provide updates and meeting minutes

  • Utilize multiple systems including ServiceTrade, Great Plains, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

  • Cross-train and support other administrative positions as needed

  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • High School diploma required; AA or college degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office or customer service environment

  • Strong experience with scheduling, billing, and customer service—this is not a general admin or executive assistant role

  • Experience with fire protection, construction, or field service industries a plus

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Reliable, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines under pressure

  • Willingness to work onsite full-time- Aurora, CO location
