Lakeshore Talent is in search of a RN Nursing Services Director for a direct hire opportunity within a healthcare organization located in Sacramento, CA. This offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and annual bonus potential based on center performance.
Position Details:
- Location: On-site in Sacramento, CA
- Travel: Up to 20% (occasional overnight/out-of-state for meetings)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- Salary: $123,000–$161,000
Must-Have Requirements:
- Active RN License (State of California)
- 10+ years in healthcare, 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (RN, LPN, CNA, etc.)
- Oversight of 18–20 direct reports
- Strong leadership and clinical triage skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain)
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Bilingual
- 5+ years supervising healthcare staff
- Epic EMR experience
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Management & Administration (60%)
- Partner with center leadership to ensure quality care and efficient clinic operations
- Manage clinic staffing, appointment scheduling, and participant triage
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Maintain clinic supply levels, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Monitor and manage budget expenditures responsibly
Supervision & Training (20%)
- Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate clinical team members
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for staff
- Facilitate regular staff meetings and 1:1s to support professional development
Participant Care (20%)
- Triage incoming calls and support participant needs
- Deliver and oversee nursing care, education, and medication administration
- Coordinate external provider services and specialist appointments
- Monitor and document participant progress and nursing assessments
