Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Executive Office)
Location: Lakewood, Colorado 80215 (100% on site)
Hours: Part-Time (30 hours/week with flexible scheduling)
Assignment Duration: Mid-June through Mid-October
Pay: $25-$28 per hour

About the Role:
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a mission-driven organization to find a highly organized and professional Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and board operations. This is a temporary role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing details behind the scenes, and brings confidence and clarity to executive support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage professional correspondence, reports, agendas, and meeting materials
- Organize and prepare materials for Board meetings, including packets and minutes
- Maintain accurate records and contact lists for Board members and key stakeholders
- Schedule meetings for executive leadership, board members, and internal stakeholders
- Manage Outlook calendar for the CEO, including logistics and prep materials
- Coordinate virtual and in-person meeting logistics as needed
- Compose internal and external communications, including thank-you letters and email announcements
- Assist with inquiries from staff, board members, volunteers, and donors, delivering high-quality customer service
- Anticipate executive needs and manage priorities with minimal supervision
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 6 years of experience in administrative roles, with preference for C-level executive support
- Typing speed of 70 WPM or higher
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Zoom
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and prioritize effectively
