Hours: 8am–5pm | Location: On-site in Aurora, CO
Pay Rate: $20-$24/hour, depending on experience
Contract Length: 6 months to start, with potential to extend or convert
General Overview
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a reputable healthcare organization out of Aurora, CO in their search for an Administrative Service Coordinator. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for various internal teams and external contacts, offering high-level administrative organization and communication assistance. Tasks include coordination of scheduling logistics, managing records, drafting informational materials, supporting digital organization, and assisting with internal events and meetings.
Background Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent, required
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience, required
Scope of Tasks
- Prepare and restock client-facing informational packets
- Monitor and manage relevant printed resources and inventories
- Handle outbound requests for documentation from third-party sources
- Update and maintain internal reference sheets and communication tools
- Ensure digital access tools and systems are coordinated appropriately
- Generate and distribute event or appointment reminders
- Conduct outreach to gather details from clients ahead of scheduled engagements
- Prepare and circulate agendas before internal discussions
- Record and share meeting summaries; monitor progress on assigned action items
- Oversee planning of team schedules and availability
- Support virtual workspaces, organize team tools, and maintain digital timelines
- Provide support to temporary or rotating team members by organizing learning resources
- Coordinate the collection and distribution of printed or digital updates
- Collaborate on the layout and content of internal communications
- Contribute to creation of slide decks and other visual support materials
