Lakeshore Talent is partnered with a reputable Healthcare Facility out of Lakewood Colorado in their search for an RN Clinical Coordinator. Qualified applicants are eligible for a $20,000 sign on bonus!
In this role, you’ll partner closely with departmental leadership to help coordinate day-to-day operations and care activities across the unit. While not functioning in a formal supervisory or managerial capacity, you’ll play a key part in supporting clinical workflows, assigning tasks, and assisting with shift-level coordination.
Location: Lakewood, CO
Schedule: 3, 12 hour shifts (7pm – 7am)
Pay: $77,000 – $120,000, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Applying sound clinical decision-making skills to support safe, effective care for each individual.
- Serving as a communication connector between medical providers and care teams.
- Fostering collaboration among colleagues and other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Offering insight to leadership on staff development, including coaching and guidance.
- Taking initiative to help align team efforts with each individual’s overall care goals—physically, emotionally, and beyond.
- Upholding high professional standards as a role model for peers.
- Supporting wellness and safety through established care processes and best practices.
- Providing hands-on care as needed, depending on team capacity and client needs.
- Demonstrating commitment to the organization’s culture and approach to care through everyday actions and accountability.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- BSN, preferred
- Licensure:
- Colorado RN License
- Nursing Specialty Certification, preferred
- Background:
- Minimum of 1 year of direct clinical experience as an RN
