Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Contract)
Location: Onsite – Downtown Denver, CO
Pay: $20–22/hour
Type: Full-time, Contract (Approx. 3 months)
Start Date: ASAP
Overview:
Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support a high-volume records audit project with a well-established organization in downtown Denver. This is a contract role expected to last approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working on repetitive tasks with accuracy and focus.
Responsibilities:

Match anonymized documents with identifiers using audit spreadsheets

Enter, verify, and organize data into Excel and Nitro PDF systems

Maintain accuracy and consistency when handling large volumes of records

Follow established procedures and quality standards (manual provided)

Assist with converting digital files into physical records as needed

Collaborate with HR team and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:

Prior experience in administrative or data entry roles

Experience with high-volume or repetitive data entry strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to work independently and maintain focus over time

Comfortable with manual, routine work in a structured environment
Additional Details:

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (flexible start/end times)

Location: Onsite only – no remote option

Parking: Parking not provided, but a $150/month transportation stipend is available if needed

Onboarding Requirements: Background check and drug screen (no THC) required
