Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Location: Denver, CO (On-site | Baker Neighborhood)
Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Rotating early shift (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM) approximately once per month

Contract Length: 4 months
Contract-to-Hire: Yes, this position is intended to convert to a permanent role
Start Date: ASAP
Parking: Onsite parking available


Overview:

Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a small, close-knit team in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, thrives under pressure, and brings a positive, team-oriented attitude. The position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with a growing organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in-person at the front desk

  • Monitor and respond to a high-volume shared email inbox

  • Provide timely and professional communication via phone and email

  • Support administrative tasks as needed, including assisting with basic AP/AR functions

  • Collaborate with a tight-knit team to support transportation and dispatch operations

  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and customer needs


Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and pivot in a fast-paced setting

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service instincts

  • Team player with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed

  • Reliable attendance and ability to maintain focus on the job (limited personal phone use during work hours is expected)


Additional Info:

  • You will work closely with a team of 4, reporting to the Transportation Manager and Customer Service Manager

  • Onsite training will be provided; strong internal training resources in place

  • Background check and drug screening (excluding THC) required prior to start

  • In-person interviews will be conducted
