Pharmacy Inventory Associate

Boulder, CO 80301 Gunbarrel neighborhood
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation:
$19.76 – $22.74 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Inventory Associate to join our team in a closed-door pharmacy setting. This position plays a key role in receiving shipments, maintaining organized and accurate stock levels, and assisting with inventory audits. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Accept and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders

Properly stock and organize inventory in assigned areas

Monitor stock for expiration dates and report any discrepancies

Process returns and maintain thorough records

Support inventory audits and perform cycle counts as needed

Maintain an orderly inventory system and assist in related duties as required
Qualifications:
Education:
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Associate degree preferred
Experience:
-
At least 1 year of inventory experience, preferably in a pharmacy or medical environment
Technical Skills:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Quick to learn internal inventory systems and software
Math & Analysis:

Comfortable with basic math including fractions, percentages, and ratios

Ability to interpret data and create accurate inventory reports
Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication in English

Able to convey information clearly and respectfully

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Organizational & Problem-Solving:

High attention to detail and strong organizational habits

Analytical thinking with ability to resolve issues independently

Additional Requirements:

Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
