Lakeshore Talent is partnering with an exciting new and progressive nationwide client in their search for a Brand President who will act as both the visionary leader and operational driver. This individual will oversee the nationwide rollout, develop scalable systems for both owned and franchised units, and ensure strong brand recognition and profitability. The role encompasses operations, strategic growth, marketing, customer experience, and product innovation.

Salary: $220,000 – $250,000, depending on experience (Qualifies for up to a 25% annual bonus) 
Location: Remote, 50-75% Travel Required 


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Market Expansion

  • Lead the launch strategy, from positioning to market entry and first-site openings.
  • Create and implement multi-year growth plans for both company-operated and franchised units.
  • Evaluate new markets and oversee development of playbooks for expansion.
  • Build strategic partnerships with investors, stakeholders, and franchise owners to accelerate growth.
  • Report brand progress and milestones to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Operational Leadership

  • Maintain full P&L accountability, driving revenue and profitability across memberships, food & beverage, special events, and labor efficiency.
  • Ensure operational standards and brand guidelines are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Refine operating procedures and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Customer Experience & Innovation

  • Cultivate a customer-first culture emphasizing safety, cleanliness, and enriching experiences.
  • Drive innovation in program design, play environments, and guest engagement strategies.
  • Enhance loyalty and retention through memberships, events, and new offerings.

Franchise & Field Support

  • Support franchisees and field teams in maintaining strong operational performance.
  • Oversee training, coaching, and operational support across the network.
  • Partner with franchise development teams to strengthen pipelines and future opportunities.

Marketing & Community Relations

  • Safeguard brand integrity across national and local marketing efforts.
  • Lead marketing campaigns and digital strategies to expand awareness and engagement.
  • Build partnerships with educational organizations, influencers, and community groups.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission-driven passion.
  • Model strong customer-service values and inspire alignment across teams.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in senior leadership roles within multi-unit consumer, retail, hospitality, or entertainment sectors, with at least 2 years at the President, COO, or equivalent level.
  • Experience in launching and scaling new concepts.
  • Expertise in managing both corporate and franchise models.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen with proven P&L accountability.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Genuine passion for creating impactful experiences for families.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform standard leadership and operational duties, which may involve travel, movement throughout facilities, and occasional light lifting.
