Payroll Administrator
Location: Colorado-based Hybrid (in-office every Tuesday; remote flexibility on other days)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (extra hours during payroll weeks)
Length: 9–12 month contract with potential to convert to permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $35-45/hr DOE
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with our global client to hire a Payroll Administrator This role is part of a collaborative four-person payroll team and will be responsible for processing bi-weekly corporate payroll for 600+ employees across multiple states. Key Responsibilities:

Process corporate bi-weekly payroll (B4) with accuracy and timeliness.

Review payroll entries, identify and correct errors, and collaborate with employees and managers as needed.

Manage payroll changes including new hires, terminations, additional payments, garnishments, and other adjustments.

Review, reconcile, and validate payroll reports.

Process payroll taxes and reconcile vendor payments in the finance system.

Provide responsive support to employee payroll inquiries.
Qualifications:

5+ years of payroll experience (multi-state payroll experience strongly preferred).

SAP payroll system experience highly preferred; candidates with SAP experience may be considered with less payroll tenure.

Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn quickly and work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Experience supporting executive payroll and/or international/expat payroll a plus.
Additional Details:

Must be Colorado-based with ability to commute to the office every Tuesday.

Candidate should have a functional home office setup with a computer and multiple monitors (laptop provided; additional equipment support under review).

Background check (with employment and education verification) and 10-panel drug screen (including THC) required.
