Salary Range: $82,000 – $85,500, depending on experience
Location: Hybrid flexibility, with in person client visits required in the Colorado Springs area
Schedule: Part time hours (flexible schedule)

Position Overview
The Occupational Therapist supports infants and young children with developmental needs through early intervention services. Using evidence-based practices, the therapist partners with families and interdisciplinary teams to design and implement strategies that strengthen daily routines and foster developmental progress in natural environments such as homes and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct developmental and functional assessments, including evaluation of motor skills and adaptive equipment needs.
- Deliver therapy guided by the child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
- Collaborate with families and professionals to create and update support plans.
- Provide consultation and serve as a primary provider when appropriate.
- Support parents in embedding therapeutic strategies into everyday routines.
- Document services, assessments, and case management activities accurately and on time.
- Participate in team meetings, IFSP reviews, and transition planning.
- Stay current with professional development and maintain licensure.
- Mentor contractors and contribute to staff learning opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Colorado OT licensure
- 1+ years of experience within Pediatric OT
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (less than 3 major moving violations in the past 3 years
- Reliable personal vehicle with insurance
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills with families and teams.
- Ability to work independently in community-based settings.
- Knowledge of IDEA Part C regulations and early childhood best practices.
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and mobile technology.
