Lakeshore Talent is in search of an experienced In-Home Services Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a compassionate care team in Aurora, CO. This contract opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact by providing personalized, hands-on care to elderly participants in their homes—helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.
Position Details
Location: Aurora, CO
Contract Length: 3 months
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM MT
Travel: Approximately 75% travel to participant homes (mileage reimbursed)

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.

Follow individualized care plans and accurately document all care provided.

Deliver restorative and supportive care including ambulation, positioning, skin care, oxygen support, and catheter care.

Monitor and record vital signs, weight, appetite, and functional changes, reporting any concerns promptly.

Support participants during meals, ensuring nutritional and safety needs are met.

Participate in care planning meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.

Perform assigned nursing assistant services in participants’ homes while maintaining professional and courteous interactions.

Adhere to all safety, compliance, and quality standards in care delivery.

Attend required training and continuing education programs (minimum 12 hours annually).

Assist with household and personal care tasks essential to maintaining participants’ health and comfort.
Requirements
-
Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (State of Colorado)

First Aid and BLS certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

Reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
-
Minimum of 1 year experience working with frail or elderly populations

High School Diploma or GED (or relevant experience in lieu of education)
Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
