Lakeshore Talent is in search of a compassionate and experienced Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading healthcare team in Aurora, CO. This is a 4-month contract opportunity to start, with a potential to convert to a long-term employee.

Location: Aurora, CO; 75% travel (mileage reimbursement)

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 7am-5pm

Pay: $41.73-$54.28

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-home skilled nursing care, including assessments,  and care planning

• Monitor participant conditions and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Document all care and maintain accurate medical records

• Oversee and supervise LPNs and CNAs per regulatory requirements

• Facilitate referrals for specialized services (PT, OT, Social Work, etc.)

• Participate in care conferences, quality reviews, and performance improvement initiatives

• Mileage is reimbursed

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• Current Colorado RN license

• Current First Aid and BLS certifications (AHA or Red Cross only)

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with elderly or frail populations

• Previous home care experience (visiting multiple patients per day for assessments)

• Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

• Gerontological Nurse Certification

• 3+ years healthcare experience with a focus on geriatrics

• Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Punjabi, or Hmong
   

Hiring Requirements:

• Candidates must either have a flu vaccination or provide a declination alongside wearing a mask at all times

• Have a physical run within 30 days

• Have a NEgative TB test run within 1 year

• Pass a motor vehicle record check and provide proof of car insurance and valid drivers license

• Pass a 9-panel drug screening
