Parts Support Specialist
Location: ONSITE – Fremont, NE
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. w/ 1 hour lunch
Start date: ASAP
Pay range: $22.50/ hour
Length of contract (if a contract): 120 Days/ 4 months then potentially perm conversion
Reports To: National Parts Manager

Job Purpose
The primary focus of this role is to support the parts needs of service technicians by partnering closely with both the Service and Parts departments. You’ll ensure parts for service jobs are properly ordered, received, delivered, and billed accurately to work orders. This role plays a vital part in maintaining workflow efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall service success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver parts to service technicians in a timely and organized manner
- Write purchase orders for special-order service parts
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming parts from vendors
- Issue parts accurately to work orders and ensure proper billing
- Support the parts counter during internal overflow or peak times
- Assist with unloading vendor trucks as needed
- Collaborate with Parts and Service leadership to meet departmental goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Perform additional duties as needed to support overall operations

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Parts experience (including trailer or mechanical parts) preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Subject to random drug testing after hire
Working Conditions
- Primarily shop and warehouse environment
- Occasional outdoor work during shipping and receiving activities
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds or more regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in environments with noise, dust, and temperature changes
- Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks or carts
