Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to hire a Production Control Coordinator (Data Entry) to support production operations and maintain accurate system data. This is a temporary 90-day opportunity with the potential to transition into a long-term role based on performance and business needs.

Production Control Coordinator (Data Entry) – Henderson, CO (Onsite)
$20–$23/hour | 90-Day Contract | Potential for Long-Term Opportunity
What You’ll Do
- Perform data entry and manage work order transactions within the ERP system
- Execute accurate and timely closure of production work orders
- Validate labor, materials, and routing steps prior to job completion
- Release, update, and maintain work orders to reflect real-time production activity
- Post manufacturing transactions and ensure system accuracy
- Monitor discrepancies such as inventory variances and escalate as needed
- Communicate updates and issues with production, planning, and inventory teams
- Support overall production visibility through accurate data tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes
- Comfortable working with systems, data entry, and administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in production control, manufacturing admin, or ERP support
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SYSPRO or similar is a plus)
- Background in manufacturing, fabrication, or production environments
- Familiarity with inventory control and work order processes
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)
Role Details
- Location: Henderson, CO (100% onsite)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM (up to 3:30 PM as needed)
- Hours: 32–40 hours per week
- Pay: $20–$23/hour
- Employment Type: 90-day contract
- Start Date: ASAP
