This is a high-impact role where you’ll serve as the key connection between technicians, sales, and customers—ensuring workflow runs smoothly, priorities are managed, and service delivery meets high standards.

Operations Manager – Henderson, CO (Onsite)

$85,000–$100,000/year | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day front-of-house service operations
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and sales teams
  • Manage scheduling, workflow, and shop pipeline to maximize efficiency
  • Support shop leadership with administrative tasks and personnel-related matters
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and service coordination
  • Handle multiple jobs/projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Heavy-Duty Repair, or related field
  • 3–5 years of supervisory or service-related experience
  • Background in automotive, trailer, or heavy-duty service environments
  • Experience with service sales, estimating, or shop operations

Role Details

  • Location: Henderson, CO (100% onsite)
  • Schedule: Shop hours 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexibility for early start required)
  • Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 annually
  • Employment Type: Contract-to-hire with long-term potential
