Catering Sales Coordinator – Contract
Location: Remote (Denver, CO preferred) – some travel required (details TBD)
Contract Length: 12+ weeks
Pay: $25/hr
Reason for Opening: Maternity leave coverage
Reports To: Director of Sales

Software Experience Required: Microsoft Dynamics, Front, Outlook, Monkey, or similar platforms

About the Role:
Lakeshore Talent is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Catering Sales Coordinator to support a busy catering sales and operations team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring catering orders are executed smoothly, client communications are seamless, and internal systems are accurately maintained.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administrative support, customer service, or hospitality who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand catering needs and offer tailored solutions

  • Support the operations team to ensure timely, accurate execution of orders, including updates, store capacity tracking, and guest issue resolution

  • Enter orders, prepare quotes, and manage standing orders in internal systems

  • Monitor incoming requests and ensure urgent orders are addressed promptly

  • Conduct payment reviews and coordinate credit card or account updates

  • Assist with outreach and logistics for new store openings (NSOs)

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including tasks and meeting notes

  • Participate in team calls and provide documentation as needed

  • Take on additional tasks as required to support business needs

Required Experience:

  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics, Front, Outlook, Monkey, or comparable systems

  • Strong background in administrative support and customer service

  • Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or restaurant operations is a strong plus

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor

  • High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills

  • Ability to assess and prioritize requests in a dynamic environment

  • Comfortable adopting new technologies and navigating system updates

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with sales reporting and tracking tools
  • Previous experience in hospitality or service industry highly preferred
